Our Program
Pest control in the state of Florida is a necessary maintenance. Known and loved for its subtropical climate, the state of Florida has no shortage of bugs and other pests. Also, it’s not seasonal. Pest control is also something we deal with the entire year.
For example, some pests such as ghost ants are more likely encountered during the cooler winter months. This is because during the winter dry season, these invasive ants look for water and moisture. In addition, subterranean termites reproductive season is also during the winter months.
Florida also had many invasive ant and cockroach species. In fact, we have more invasive species of pests than domestic ones these days. We at Meryl’s Pest Control recommend an annual program where we come out and treat your home every quarter. We also offer free service calls during the year if an infestation happens to break out.
At Meryl’s Pest Control, we’re ready to take on your pests no matter what time of the year it is.
Our services include
- Annual pest control (includes quarterly follow-ups)
- Bi-monthly pest control
- Monthly pest control

One-time services
After years of experience in the pest control industry, we find that ‘one-time’ pest control treatments are ineffective. As such, we do not recommend them. Pests are a part of life in the subtropical state of Florida. General pest control requires on-going maintenance because pests are active year-round. We find that our most effective general pest control programs are of the bi-monthly, annual, and monthly varieties.
