After years of experience in the pest control industry, we find that ‘one-time’ pest control treatments are ineffective. As such, we do not recommend them. Pests are a part of life in the subtropical state of Florida. General pest control requires on-going maintenance because pests are active year-round. We find that our most effective general pest control programs are of the bi-monthly, annual, quarterly, and monthly varieties.

I own a home in Beverly Hills but live in Virginia. I was having two doors replaced when the contractor found termite... damage. I instantly panicked. I reached out to Meryl's and literally within minutes Mike called me from the house to let me know it was old termite damage and there were no signs that termites were active. Living out of state he could have said it was active and I wouldn't have known the difference. He also provided advice as to the best way to treat the pests that are present.
